J. PAUL BAXTER, CPA is a shareholder of the firm of Allen & Baxter (APAC) in Metairie, La. He practices in the areas of business valuations, income and estate taxation, economic damages, and accounting and auditing. In addition to his professional practice, he is adjunct instructor of accounting and taxation at Tulane University. He has served as an expert in both federal and state court. He has over fifteen years of experience in industry and public accounting, with over ten years of experience as a consultant expert/expert witness. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Society of Louisiana Certified Public Accountants, and the Litigation Services Committee of the Louisiana Society. He is also an Accredited Member (Business Valuations) of the American Society of Appraisers. He is a graduate of Tulane University with a degree in business.
